a. We share books that whose copyright has expired as per the copyright law of Nepal or has unclear copyright such as for ancient books and religious texts. User are advised to be familiar with those laws. If any books are found to have a copyright by our own discovery or by the information provided to us, they will be promply removed from the website. Any files downloaded prior to such notice shall be deleted by the user. We will post such information via email or a prominent notice on the website.
b. Some of the content of this website are incorporated with sole intention of sharing Nepali literature. These content will be promptly removed from the website if the original author(s) intends to remove it for reasons whatsoever. If you are one of those authors who want to remove the content, please send us email at copyright@nepalikitab.org.
c. Any content submitted by the authors will be a sole resoponsibility of the author(s). We are not liable for such content. Please contact the relavant author(s) for such disputes.
